1.Before Installing
* Requires Window 98 or greater.
* Check your monitor's display settings and download the appropriate file.
2.Installation and Setup
* Double click the downloaded file that corresponds to the desired wallpaper size. The file will be extracted and appear as a new window.
* Open "My Computer > Control Panel > Display" and select the tab marked " Background."
* Push the "Browse" button next to "Wallpaper" (near the bottom left) and select the desired file (such as [prisoner800.jpg]) that you just extracted.
* Press "OK."
3.Note
* The desktop pictures were intended for displays set to 800*600 or 1024*768 or 1280*1024. If your display is set differently, you can either change its settings or resize the desktop picture itself (using an image editor) to match your display.

* Check your monitor's settings and download the file that fits.
2.Installation and Setup (for Mac OS 9)
* Double click the downloaded file that corresponds with the desired wallpaper size. The file will be extracted and appear as a new window.
* From the Apple Menu select "Control Panels > Appearance" and then the tab marked "Desktop."
* Drag and drop the desired file (such as [prisoner800.jpg]) into the screen in that window.
* Push "Set Desktop."

2.Installation and Setup
* Double click the file [PRISONER.exe] that you just downloaded.
* To configure the screen saver, select "Control Panel > Display > Screen saver" and adjust each setting. (Refer to your Windows manual for details.) You can also preview the screen saver here.
3.Uninstalling
* To uninstall the screen saver, go to "Add or Remove Applications" in the Control Panel. Select the screen saver that you wish to uninstall.

[Macintosh]
1.Before Installing
* Requires Power Macintosh.
* Requires Mac OS 8.6 or above (or Mac OSX 10.1 or above)
* Remove the screen saver currently in use (if one has been installed).
2.Installation and Setup
* Double click the file [PRISONER_classic.sit] that you just downloaded.
* Installation will begin automatically. A dialog box will appear when the installation is complete; click "OK."
* Configure the screen saver in the "Screen Time" folder under Control Panels
*When you first install this software on Mac OS, a bug may occur in which the volume jumps to its maximum setting. This problem does not occur on subsequent installs. The workaround is to manually readjust the volume.

3.Uninstalling
For Mac OS Classic (8 & 9)
* Delete the "PRISONER_classic" folder found inside the "screen saver" folder (or simply delete the "screen saver" folder itself. This folder can be found in the "screen time" folder as well as in the "Preferences" folder. Restart the machine.
For Mac OS X
* Delete the file named "PRISONER.zip" in "User Folder > Library > Screen Savers.
