SAORI YUKI BIOGRAPHY
Born Akiko Yasuda
Originally from Kiryu City, Gunma Prefecture
Career Outline: A member of the Hibari Children’s choir during her elementary school years. Performed as a singer of children’s songs. She has also hosted a children’s music program on NHK, has been a voice actress for anime programs, and has sung on numerous commercials.
In 1969, she debuted as Saori Yuki with “Yoake no Scat” (Melody for a New Dawn). Saori Yuki has had an extensive career, appearing in countless films and TV dramas as an actress, hosting programs and appearing in variety programs as well as holding concerts with her sister Sachiko Yasuda. Celebrating her 40th anniversary as a singer in 2009, she is presently involved in the series of her Kayou-kyoku concerts.

本名 安田章子（やすだあきこ）出身地 群馬県桐生市
小学生時代、ひばり児童合唱団に所属。童謡歌手として活躍。その後、NHK歌のお姉さん、アニメの声優、CMソングなどで活躍。1969年「夜明けのスキャット」由紀さおりでデビュー。女優として映画、ドラマへ出演、司会、バラエティ、姉 安田祥子とのコンサート活動と幅広く活躍。2009年デビュー40周年を迎え、歌謡曲のコンサートをスタート。
